I've said many times that I do most everything related to servicing computers. That includes software and hardware installs, troubleshooting, and replacement. I also do upgrades of all sorts, network setup, troubleshooting and expansion. In many cases I've helped individuals and businesses get a website up and running and hosted it for them. In addition to all of this, I've helped many with the removal viruses and spyware. As you can see from the list below I do quite a few things related to networks, and computers. I've worked with Dos, Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems primarily which covers 99%+ of what most small businesses or home users would run.

Inhouse, Onsite or Remote Service
- Virus and Spyware Removal
- This is one of the more common things I deal with. Is your pc running slower than ever, web pages taking too long to display and popup ads coming all the time? It's possible you have a virus or spyware on your pc and I can help clean it out.
- Software Upgrades and updates
- These days it's critically important to keep your software, ALL your software, updated with the latest security patches and updates. This is one of the most important ways to prevent Virus and Spyware infestations. Unfortunately it's sometimes a tall task to keep up with what needs updating. I can help. In some cases I've even made routine visits for this purpose among other things.
- Software Install
- Most software is fairly easy to install these days, but maybe it's a new networked version of your essential program and your just not certain that it will go well. Maybe you need someone to "speak the language" of the support desk if things go wrong. I can help.
- Hardware Install
- Overwhelmed with all the cables and instructions either with a new PC, or just a new peripheral. Whether it's an external device like a printer or scanner, or external drive, or an internal device like a hard drive or some other add on card, I can help.
- Hardware Upgrade
- I can help with hard drive replacements if your drive is failing, fan replacements, power supply replacements, cd drive upgrades (dvd burners), memory installs even complete system board swaps and rebuilds.
- Wipe Discs
- Getting rid of an old PC? Are you concerned about someone finding your private data on the old drive? I can help. I can wipe the contents of the drive before it's recycled, thrown out or sent to a new user.
- Network infrastructure
- Do you want to connect multiple computers together to share files, printers or your internet connection? Do you need to find a way to protect your PCs from the outside world with a firewall? Do you need to secure that wireless access point so that not just everyone uses it? I can help.
- Network Servers
- Do you need a way to share files and printers within the office that's not reliant on a client computer? Maybe you need a network server? Want to host an intranet web server? Again, I can help with this.
- Web pages
- I can get a web page setup and hosted for you for less than you likely would expect. More information can be found on my primary website.
- One on One Lessons
- I've had many people with questions about how to do a specific task, or use a specific program better on the computer and have done one on one lessons as well as an occasional small group.
