Let me introduce myself.
My name is Avery J. Parker and I do computer service in the Asheville, NC area. I've been servicing computers for a little over 10 years now. I do computer service for individuals and small businesses primarily in the area surrounding and including Asheville, NC. I even do a bit of computer service in neighboring counties.

Inhouse, Onsite or Remote Service
- Inhouse Service
- For some issues it's more practical for me to pickup a PC to work on at the "workbench". This especially makes sense if the work involved requires running a disk utility overnight or a long installation routine. The advantage of this is that you don't have to pay for the total project time, just the time I actually have to spend on the problem.
- Onsite Service
- Of course, many issues can be quickly resolved by an onsite visit. In fact, that's my preferred way of seeing issues. This way you get to see what other factors may be causing the problem. This also saves the inconvenience of being without your PC while it's worked on.
- Remote Service
- Thanks to Remote Desktop Viewing technology that's currently available, many small issues can be solved without an actual onsite visit. All it takes is for the client to run a small program from my website that makes a connection back to the machine at my desk and allows me to see and use the desktop of that machine to solve the problem. This certainly is not an option for every problem, but it's still useful for many things.
